adidas Just Unveiled a 3D-Printed Basketball Shoe
Over the past year, 3D-printed footwear has boomed to never-before-seen levels, and adidas are leading the charge with the likes of their Climacool franchise. Today, Team Trefoil have kept the that wave pushing with the debut of a 3D-printed basketball shoe!
This news comes alongside the launch of adidas’s Project RAP (Radical Athlete Perception) program which promises to innovate in sport, creating bespoke products for different athletes and disciplines. This 3D-printed basketball shoe, which hasn’t been named as of yet, is RAP's first focus. The design is similar to the Anthony Edwards and James Harden ranges, and was debuted on the hardwood by Darryl Peterson at the NCAA tournament this week.

Currently, adidas are keeping their 3D-printed basketball shoe and other Project RAP plans close to their chest, with no release information as of yet. As usual, keep it locked right here to stay updated.
