Here’s What You Need to Know About Brazil Football Federation x Jordan Brand
Jordan Brand have been teasing their World Cup happenings for the past month, and today they’ve unveiled it all – an expansive, collaborative venture with the Brazil Football Federation (CBF). Alongside the national team’s away kits, Jordan Brand have crafted a megalithic apparel collection, multiple sneakers and a Tiempo Maestro boot.
This is a first-of-its-kind linkup, the main element being the 2026 FIFA World Cup away kits, using the brand's new Aero-fit fabric which is made using 100 per cent textile waste. Complementing the game kits is a range of training apparel and the Tiempo Maestro football boot – one of Nike’s flagship football offerings, based on four-decades of Tiempo dominance and bolstered with innovative Techleather for elite dribblers.
‘The signing of CBF, Nike’s first football superpower, back in 1996 was a defining moment for our company, signalling that Nike had officially arrived in football,’ said Elliott Hill, Nike CEO. ‘In many ways, their joyous, fearless and brilliant style of play would set the tone of Nike Football, a spirit that remains today.’
Jordan Brand are extending this partnership to reach the streets, with a 35-piece apparel collection including hoodies, shorts, tracksuits and t-shirts. In terms of footwear, Jordan Brand are set to drop their Trunner, Ultra and Air Jordan 1 Low. We're most excited for the Tiempo Streetgato Phantom – which was given an early reveal yesterday – and the Air Jordan 3 RM, which is yet to debut.
‘For every kid in Brasil who dreams with a ball at their feet, this partnership means something huge,’ said Vini Jr., one of Brasil’s star players. ‘Jordan Brand and our Seleção coming together is more than football – it’s culture, joy and greatness united. When the Jumpman stands next to our colors, it shows the world the creativity, passion and energy that make Brasil special. This inspires us, the new generation, to play with flair, freedom and pride every time we step on the pitch.’
The entire Brazil Football Federation x Jordan Brand will touch down through web channels on March 12 with a brick-and-mortar drop on March 13.
