adidas Remove the EVO SL’s Laces
In the recent runningsphere, adidas have had a bunch of wins, especially with their premium Adizero franchise. We’re not just talking about their record-breaking Pro Evo 3 either – the entire catalogue boasts a dedicated following. One of the major anchors of Adizero is the Evo SL, which is their snappy and versatile daily speedster that blends high performance tech with an approachable construction and friendly price tag. The Evo SL silhouette has also been a main focus for collaborations, like the recent Song for the Mute linkup, and silhouette reworks such as the fresh laceless iteration.
Looking back and many of Team Trefoil’s most successful new generation models have received laceless reworks, such as the UltraBOOST, the NMD and now the EVO SL. Down below, the Lightstrike foam midsole remains intact alongside the Continental rubber outsole. The upper comes constructed with a heavy duty mesh construction, with an exo skeleton that secures the foot in place.
The adidas Adizero Evo SL Laceless has been unveiled in three colourways in select Asian countries, but doesn’t have a wider release date just yet.
