Slither Into SGA’s Python-Print Converse SHAI 001
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s first Converse signature has been one of the sneaker scene’s hottest silhouettes since its 2025 debut, coming correct in a bevy of colourways. The first batch of SHAI 001 iterations opted for complete monochrome in all-black, blue and brown – basically, all the best flavours. This year Shai has been switching it up, decking his zipped hooper out in an array of luxurious and all-over print constructions. Now, following the leather-clad ‘Ink’, shiny ‘Steel’ and can’t-see ‘Camo’, comes the python-printed ’Slither’.
The entire upper is constructed in an opulent, snakeskin-printed leather, with contrasting brown midsole and the usual neoprene padding across the heel and forefoot. Down below in the sole unit you can expect the standard tech, like the forefoot Zoom Air Pod that provides max energy return and overlasted midsole for improved stability. Completing the ‘Slither’ is Shai’s signature logo on the tongue. As these are a premium drop, expect a more lifestyle-leaning construction, with stock on the limited side.
