De'Aaron Fox Shows Off First Look of the Fox Curry 1

After much anticipation and teasing by the brand, the first look at De’Aaron Fox’s first signature shoe under Stephen Curry's brand with Under Armour is here. As Curry Brand senior footwear designer Ed Wallace previously promised, the Fox Curry 1 is a low-top runner-esque sneaker with a midfoot strap. It fuses Fox’s style and tastes with the identity of the Curry Brand. The unveiling of the shoe comes just days after the brand released images of Fox’s new logo, an image of a fox depicting the letter 'D'. With these details, a look of the shoe was imminent and the man himself took to Instagram to show off his new kicks.

The Fox Curry 1 is designed with Fox’s speedy game in mind and features a flow cushion unit in the midsole and a traction pattern similar to what we have become accustomed to seeing on Curry models. This marks a momentous moment for the Curry Brand, as Under Armour have long been interested in building something that replicates what Nike have with Jordan Brand. The Fox Curry 1 is the first step into alternative silhouette lines under the Curry umbrella.

The team is currently on a China tour, with both Stephen and De’Anthony on location participating in marketing and community engagement events. The Fox Curry 1 is set to release in the coming months, just in time to get ready for the basketball season.
