Nike Take a Bite Out of the Game with Kobe Bryant Colab
Worn by the likes of Erling Haaland, Nike's Phantom 6 has always been built for deadly precision – and now it’s going full Black Mamba. With World Cup preparations kicking into high gear, the Beaverton crew have unleashed the Kobe Bryant x Phantom 6 Elite FG SE, fusing ultimate pitch-perfect performance with Mamba mentality.
Designed for both gameplay and style, the release includes high and low-top versions, each featuring a 'Sail'-coloured, reptile-textured upper. Iridescent green highlights accent the forefoot Swoosh, heel counter and tongue logo, allowing for some serious pitch appeal.
Details reinforce the Mamba inspiration: cleats shaped like sharp fangs nod to Bryant’s nickname, while custom insoles display a snakeskin pattern. A large, iridescent Mamba logo adorns the heel counter and the integrated tongue carries the signature sheath emblem, tying the cleat firmly to the player's legacy.
In case you missed it, the Swoosh recently put the Phantom 6 on the map, with Travis Scott spotted testing a prototype at Miami’s Toma El Juego tournament. The special-edition Phantom 6 is now officially set for release, channeling Kobe’s signature bite from the basketball court to the football pitch.
The Kobe Bryant x Nike Phantom 6 'Mamba' cleats are set to be a limited-edition launch, landing on December 15.
