Grab your glasses, fam – 'cause Ja Morant and Nike are back in the lab, and the Kool-Aid is officially bubbling over!
First revealed over on the Ant Man's Instagram, the upcoming release focuses around the Ja 3, following the model's debut in September last year. As for the details, a foam sockliner is paired with full-length Hybrid ZoomX foam for responsive cushioning, while padded collars add extra comfort. The traction pattern, featuring all-over mini Ja logos, ensures grip on the court, and the breathable mesh upper provides a canvas to tell Morant’s story.
The colourway itself is a mismatched mix of 'Lemon Venom', 'Light Photo Blue', 'Deep Royal Blue', 'Light Green Spark', 'Pink Beam', and 'Hyper Pink', creating a vibrant, playful palette that perfectly matches the energy of the duo's previous releases.
Beyond Kool-Aid, the Ja 3 is set to roll out multiple 'Jurassic Park' colourways and a run of ten NCAA program editions, making it one of Nike Basketball’s most active signature models as we head into 2026.
All of this arrives during a turbulent season for the Grizzlies point guard, with trade speculation intensifying and criticism – including heat from rapper 2 Chainz – around the model's performance. Still, the Swoosh appear committed to diving into the Ja line, positioning the series as a long-term pillar within their basketball portfolio.
