Halloween is one of our favourite times of year because brands the world over go wild with seasonal crep colourways. In recent years, Nike have been sprinkling plenty of spooky spice across their basketball line, and the most anticipated in the bunch is always Ja Morant’s iterations. The haunt kicked off in 2023 with the Ja 1 ’Zombie’, followed by the 2024 Ja 2 ‘Nightmare’ and 2025’s Ja 3 ‘Spooky’. Now the Ja 4 ‘Halloween’ has leaked – and may be the most ferocious yet.
Morant’s fourth signature is already booming after debuting to the world earlier in August, coming equipped with Team Swoosh’s latest hoops tech. The model’s Cushlon 3.0 and SPRPWR sockliner are present on the ‘Halloween’, but our main focus with these is the bonkers colourway. Most of the textured upper is adorned in a graphic that looks like a tattered, aged denim – most likely ripped to shreds by some ghoulish beast. The spooky treatment extends to the moulded red Swoosh and tooth dubrae, and the insoles depict a screaming, zombified Ja Morant. Completing the design is a glow-in-the-dark outsole – a paramount inclusion for any Halloween sneaker.
There’s no release details yet for the Nike Ja 4 ‘Halloween’, but we’re expecting this pair to arrive sometime in October – keep it locked!
