Some partnerships just work. On and atmos have been proving that since 2021. Now five years into their creative alliance, the pair team up again, this time bringing a little peace and quiet to a fully waterproof take on the foreboding Cloudmonster.
A sibling to the cherry blossom-inspired Cloudmonster Void ‘Yozakura’, the new design once again draws on traditional Japanese aesthetics, taking inspiration from karesansui, or Japanese dry gardens, where sand and gravel are carefully raked into intricate patterns. The result is an autumn-adjacent heater that’s distinguished by an almost hypnotic, concentric motif, bringing a decidedly meditative touch to the performance brand’s Swiss engineering.
The two colourways sit at opposite ends of the spectrum, with black and white foundations offset by olive accents. Elsewhere, a weatherproof construction keeps the elements at bay, while On's signature CloudTec cushioning and Helion foam work alongside a Speedboard plate to deliver that squishy bounce underfoot. It's just a shame Real Madrid already have an official pre-match formalwear supplier, because Kylian Mbappé would look absolutely fire wearing these on a pre-match tunnel walk!
