Air Jordan 10

The Air Jordan 10 was released during MJ’s retirement, so it will always carry an asterisk next to its name in the history books. The shoe itself is a visual celebration of MJ’s NBA achievements. A series of stripes partition the outsole, each highlighting Jordan’s accomplishments during his 10 seasons. In March 1995, Jordan announced his return to the NBA through a famously succinct press release: ‘I’m back!’ Less than two weeks later, MJ dropped a lazy 55 points against the Knicks wearing the unfamiliar number 45 jersey on his back and the AJ10 on his feet.
