Continuing to capitalise on their cartoon connects, BAIT have unveiled their latest pop culture collaboration: a capsule collection dedicated to Osamu Tezuka's legendary Astro Boy. Created with Diadora, the capsule brings us themed make-ups of both the Intrepid and B.Elite, as well as colab track jacket.
The Intrepid takes inspiration from the Mighty Atom's iconic (and skimpy) costume, translated on to the running silhouette through a combination of premium leather and wolverine silk suede. Astro Boy can be found lurking on the model's heels and translucent outsoles.
The B.Elite opts for a simple premium white leather construction adorned with embroidery of Astro Boy mid-flight on the lateral sides. Co-branded tongues feature the original Tetsuwan Atom logo. Both pairs are finished off with special hangtags, insoles and packaging.
The capsule also includes a special edition track jacket embracing Astro's signature colour palette and decorated with collaborative branding. BAIT have also produced a selection of BAIT x Astro Boy accessories and apparel.
The BAIT x Astro Boy x Diadora Capsule Collection will launch on November 22 through BAIT chapter stores. Pairs are also available through BAIT via . Entry is open .
