Canadian brand norda may be one of the new kids on the block, but the trail-running aficionados won’t let that slow them down. Having honed their focus on just a few models, norda’s team have combined their years of footwear experience to create three, heavily tested silhouettes, tweaking them to offer more techy advancements depending on the muddy or mountainous conditions they’re designed to be worn in. For their latest seasonal connection, norda offer up a new 001 colourway and three, new 002s.
The collection kicks off with the 001, a cushy trail runner, which arrives in a natural world-inspired ‘Axolotl’ colourway, while the 001 features woven bio-based Dyneema uppers, which have been solutioneered to be both feathery and utilitarian. A norda-exclusive Vibram sole rests underfoot; its heavy lug pattern providing traction for tricky terrain.
Three colourways of the 002 follow suit. This model features a lower stack height for closer contact with the ground, making them feel more precise on technical trails. Arriving in ‘Oak’, ‘Lichen’ and 'Stealth Black' colourways, each of these pairs feature the same Dyneema construction on the upper, with the same Vibram outsole to round things off. Both styles also feature reflective accents for safety and flair, and norda’s signature Lock System for a close, comfy fit.
